Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, optics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in inside sales, account management, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience with lasers, optics, photonics, or related components.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate, timely price quotes for catalog products.
• Identify technical solutions and align with product capabilities.
• Scope and quote custom engineered solutions.
• Maintain and update the price catalog.
• Capture and communicate customer requirements.
• Coordinate with product tech leads and program managers on needs and opportunities.
• Grow commercial sales and identify new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, buyers, and technical stakeholders.
• Represent Attalon Laser Components at trade shows and customer events.
• Share internal updates on customer activity and market trends.
• Support collaboration with engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
