Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years CNC operation experience preferred for senior roles.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for CNC equipment.
• Strong math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality standards and stop production if criteria are not met.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machinery (mills, lasers, turret presses).
• Perform first-piece inspections and deburr parts for precision.
• Perform routine maintenance on shop tools and machines.
• Learn fabrication department processes and assist in areas as needed.
• Train and mentor teammates on safe CNC operation.
