Job summary

American Trim is seeking dependable CNC Laser Operators to support our manufacturing operations. This position sets up and operates CNC fiber laser cutting equipment while monitoring performance and product quality.

You will load programs, adjust parameters, perform quality inspections, and follow safety and production procedures. Training is provided, and overtime may be required across shifts.

Qualifications

• CNC, laser cutting and machine operation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand work instructions, production docs and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Load programs and establish machine parameters for CNC fiber laser cutting.
• Perform startup, operation and shutdown procedures.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process quality checks to verify specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and document production data.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
