Job summary

American Trim is seeking dependable CNC Laser Operators to support our manufacturing operations. This position sets up and operates CNC fiber laser cutting equipment while monitoring machine performance and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• CNC laser cutting and machine operating experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading/writing and ability to follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to learn CNC setup and machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, operation and shutdown of CNC fiber laser equipment.
• Set up and operate CNC fiber laser equipment per procedures.
• Load programs and establish machine parameters.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect parts for quality.
• Complete quality and production documentation.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety procedures.
