You will read blueprints, set machine parameters, perform quality checks, and assist with continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Safety and adherence to procedures are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of CNC laser cutting machines and equipment.
• Operate laser machines following work instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Load and unload sheet metal safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor machine performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety rules and manufacturing procedures.

This role includes reading blueprints, setting machine parameters, performing quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
