Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine tools is essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with laser cutting systems is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills are required.
• Must live within one hour of a major U.S. airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level application support for CNC machine tools.
• Train customers and operators on equipment operation.
• Document machine safety, maintenance, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and service managers.
• Generate application reports, case studies, and technical documentation.
