Job summary

XOVR CNC Parts & Service is seeking Laser Applications Specialists to deliver expert-level application support, optimize processes, and provide training for CNC machine tools across the United States. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires travel and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Ideal candidates will have CNC experience, laser cutting knowledge, and the ability to generate technical documentation while collaborating with engineering, service, and sales teams to enhance customer

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine tools.
• ,
• Reading and interpreting technical diagrams (layout/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in laser cutting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train customers and operators on equipment operation and procedures.
• Perform data analysis to assess machinery performance.
• Document machine safety, maintenance, and operational reports.
• Read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers on CNC machine tools.
• Develop and optimize cutting parameters for customer applications.
• Assist with on-site or remote troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with customers to improve machine utilization and cycle times.
• Generate application reports, case studies, and technical documentation.
