• TRUMPF product knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required due to extensive customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert for 2D laser technology and demonstrate TRUMPF TruLaser options.
• Independently conduct customer demonstrations and industry trade shows.
• Provide on-going telephone or on-site support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Travel to customer sites to support with sales or production processes (20-30% travel).
• Train operators and provide on-site applications support.
