Job summary

Skin Laundry in Plano, TX is seeking a part-time Aesthetician/Laser Technician to provide laser treatments and exceptional client care. This role is fully commission-based with a $30 per hour guaranteed rate and requires availability on weekends and at least one additional weekday.

Responsibilities include customized laser facials, CRM use, and supporting store operations while maintaining Skin Laundry standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service is our #1 priority with exceptional communication and problem-solving.
• Current State Esthetician License and Laser Certification required.
• Aesthetician: 1 year experience; weekends and 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create customized no-downtime laser facials and skincare routines.
• Support clinic operations, staff orientation, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain client retention processes and CRM data.
