Job summary

Skin Laundry in San Antonio is seeking a full-time Aesthetician to provide laser treatments and exemplary client care. You will tailor no-downtime facials and skincare routines while championing Skin Laundry’s results-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in aesthetics, strong communication, and a sales mindset. Weekend availability and 40+ hours per week are expected; CRM experience (Zenoti) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred.
• Able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, team player.
• Polished, natural, professional demeanor with an outgoing sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Customize no-downtime laser facials and skincare routines based on guest needs.
• Support clinic operations and ensure efficient processes and patient visits.
• Train and coach staff, maintain client retention processes, and uphold Skin Laundry standards.
