Skin Laundry is seeking a passionate Aesthetician to deliver innovative laser treatments and outstanding customer care. The role emphasizes selling and consulting skills in a KPI-driven environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and a confident sales approach are valued.

You will work in a retail clinic, with opportunities to travel to other clinics for coverage and to support a positive, inclusive team culture. Weekend availability is preferred and patient safety comes first.

Qualifications

• 1 year aesthetician experience or equivalent in Skin Care/Aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Willing to work weekends and 40+ hours per week.
• Clinically competent, professional, and able to provide safe/therapeutic services.

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences with customized no-downtime laser facials.
• Support clinic operations and improve efficiency across processes.
• Train and coach staff to meet operational expectations.
• Maintain client retention and strong team communication.
