Qualifications

• Customer service is our #1 priority with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred.
• Able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week.
• Clinically competent, professional, and able to provide safe services.
• Polished, natural, and professional demeanor.
• Outgoing yet calming presence and attentive to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Customize no-downtime laser facials and skincare routines based on guest needs.
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy among processes.
• Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff to meet operational expectations.
• Establish and maintain client retention processes.
