Job summary

Skin Laundry locations seek a licensed aesthetician to perform customized laser facials and provide exceptional customer care. You will engage clients, consult on skincare, and drive sales in a KPI-driven environment.

The role requires weekend availability and a commitment to scheduling within clinic hours, with a focus on safety and accuracy in all procedures. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Customer service is our #1 priority with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred.
• Able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Polished, natural, and professional demeanor.
• Outgoing personality yet calming presence.
• Intuitive to the customer’s needs to ensure Skin Laundry standards are always met.
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.

Responsibilities

• Creating curated client experiences aka “the dance” by tailoring no-downtime laser facials and skincare routines.
• Supporting store operations by improving efficiency and accuracy across processes.
• Establishes staff to ensure timely patient visits and maintains client retention processes.
