LIBRE Initiative, part of the Stand Together philanthropic community, seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) in Tampa, Florida. You will recruit and engage grassroots leaders to mobilize them for policy reforms, connecting them to LIBRE training and resources.

Identify activists, organize events, and supervise canvassing contractors while maintaining regular contact to keep communities educated and active. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with diverse communities.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self-motivation and time management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events.
• Team player with LIBRE staff and volunteers.
• Willingness to canvass neighborhoods and call volunteers.
• Valid driver’s license for area travel.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Integrity, humility and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify activists and recruit them as leaders in Florida.
• Equip local leaders with LIBRE training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public in-person or virtually.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and compliance.
