gobravvo is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site management for public works and institutional projects in Las Vegas, NV. You will direct field operations, supervise crews, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met from start to finish.

You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maximize productivity and maintain compliance with regulations, delivering projects that support the community and public entities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing commercial/public projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and field crews.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices, quality controls, and construction methods.
• Experience delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all jobsite activities from project start to completion.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Enforce safety plans, conduct regular site meetings, and review schedules.
• Maintain proactive communication with project managers and stakeholders.
• Develop and update project schedules and manage RFIs and changes.
• Coordinate with owners, regulators, and public entities for successful closeout.
