Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or call center sales preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 150-250 outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.
• Introduce and educate clients on our products and services.
• Identify qualified opportunities and transfer leads to licensed sales agents.
• Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
• Accurately document call activity and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals.
