Qualifications

• Proficiency with LMS platforms and simulation tools (AI familiarity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging nursing instruction across classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation environments using technology and evidence-based methods.
• Create inclusive, student-centered learning experiences; identify individual needs and foster meaningful relationships.
• Evaluate student performance; provide timely, constructive feedback and remediation.
• Lead or support clinical learning experiences; connect theory to practice and ensure safe, ethical, and professional practice readiness.
• Contribute to curriculum development and implement course materials.
• Maintain academic standards by enforcing policies and alignment with licensure and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and service teams to drive results.
