Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems, Las Vegas, seeks an IT Support Manager to lead the onsite IT Support team and partner with global IT peers to raise service standards. You will drive Windows/macOS support, modern endpoint management, and AI productivity tool enablement.

You will collaborate with SecOps on security, manage assets with Ivanti ITAM, and oversee vendor engagements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT Support experience with 2+ years leading or supervising an IT support team.
• Hands-on leadership with Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, including device enrollment and security baselines.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) in an enterprise setting.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and process improvement skills.
• Security-minded with experience in EDR/XDR, phishing/malware response, and secure remote access.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local IT Support team in Las Vegas; coach, mentor, and performance‑manage IT technicians.
• Run a world-class Service Desk & Desktop Support and enforce SLAs/SLOs using Jira Service Management.
• Support cross‑platform issues for Windows and macOS; manage enrollment, patching, and baselines.
• Partner with SecOps on EDR/XDR, phishing response, and incident runbooks; champion least‑privilege.
• Enable AI productivity tools; manage licensing, access, and end‑user enablement.
• Maintain asset inventories with Ivanti ITAM and optimize licenses and spend.
• Coordinate tool migrations and vendor management with ROI documentation.
• Communicate updates for facilities, town halls, outages, and executive briefings.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation (PowerShell) and shift-left knowledge.
