Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management in Las Vegas, NV seeks an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. The role is on-site at the Las Vegas headquarters with a compensation package including salary, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience, a strong Excel skillset, and the ability to collaborate with department heads while delivering clear financial analyses to drive strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Foundational understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and present financial data accurately and effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather input for forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards.
• Analyze actual financial results against budget and forecast, and provide explanations for variances.
• Identify KPIs and develop reports to track performance.
• Create ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Partner with departments to provide financial guidance and support.
• Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Assist in implementing new financial systems and tools.
• Document and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for financial analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Stay up to date with new accounting and financial practices.
