Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. You will support the budget, forecast, and month-end processes, developing and maintaining financial models and delivering timely insights.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with department leaders, create accurate reports, and help identify opportunities to simplify and improve finance tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Foundational Excel skills with willingness to develop through coaching and AI.
• Interest in learning Workday Adaptive Planning, D365, and Power BI.
• Foundational understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecast, aligned with timelines.
• Prepare and maintain budget and forecast templates; review submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly forecast meetings across departments with leadership.
• Maintain monthly reporting packages and analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
• Communicate analysis and insights via reports, commentary, and dashboards.
• Assist in month-end close activities with accounting, procurement, and FP&A team.
• Serve as a trusted point-of-contact for ad hoc questions and decisions.
• Identify data integrity issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Propose improvements to finance tools, templates, and processes.
• Contribute to special projects supporting department goals.
