Cooper Levenson is seeking a highly professional Litigation Attorney for our defense practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. The attorney will assist with case evaluation, strategy, and client representations in litigation, depositions, mediations, and trials.

The role requires a JD from an accredited school and Nevada bar admission, 1–3+ years of civil/defense litigation experience (training available). Strong writing and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive legal documents

Responsabilidades

• Assist in initial case evaluation and develop litigation strategy
• Represent clients in litigation
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft correspondences, pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Assist in preparing settlement agreements, motions, and briefs
• Perform other related duties as assigned
