Job summary

Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA seeks an experienced Large Press Operator/Trainee for a third shift. You will assist the 250+ ton press operator, set up dies, feed and form metal components, and help with deburring and finishing.

The role requires measurement skills, forklift experience, and basic shop math. Overtime may apply to meet delivery deadlines, with comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Large Hydraulic Press Operator (250-ton or larger) experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to measure with measuring tools and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large hydraulic press systems per job orders.
• Preheat, align dies, and position workpieces between dies.
• Measure, deburr, and finish formed parts to specification.
• Operate forklift for material handling and load/unload.
• Perform basic shop math and tape measure readings for tolerances.
• Maintain safety practices and keep work area clean.

Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking an experienced, motivated Large Press Operator/Trainee to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA.The Press Operator/Trainee role plays a key part in our production process. In this role, you will assist the large hydraulic press operator in setting up and operating heavy-duty power presses used to bend, form, stretch, and straighten various metal components using a 250-ton to 2,000-ton large hydraulic press.The ideal candidate will have experience operating a 250-ton or larger large hydraulic press, previous manufacturing experience, excellent measuring skills, and forklift experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:Prepares, greases, and precoats fittings.Measures and marks reference lines on workpieces.Position and align die sets into the press machine.Bolt dies to the ram and bed of the machine.Preheat workpieces in the furnace.Lift and position workpieces between dies.Reposition workpieces and change dies for multiple passes.Hand-form or finishes workpieces.Grind burrs and sharp edges.Operates forklift.Bend or straighten cold metal.Set dies to punch and blank heavy metal.Work Schedule:**Third Shift: **Sunday Night through Friday morning (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectationsBenefits:**Paid Time Off: **16 hours after 60 days, annual vacation accrual**Health Coverage: **Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 60 days**Additional Benefits: **Short-term disability and 401(k) employer contribution after 1 yearQualifications:1 year forklift experience preferred1 year Large Hydraulic Press Operator (250-ton or larger) experience preferredManufacturing experience preferredAbility to measure with measuring tools and instrumentsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals**Physical Demands: **The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
