Millerbernd Manufacturing Company in Winsted, MN is seeking a Large Press Operator 1 for 2nd shift or weekend shift. You will operate a large press brake to bend and shape sheet metal, read blueprints, and perform in-process inspections. Training on 1st shift may be required.

The role offers hourly pay $23.06–$27.03, plus an incentive Freight Train Profit Sharing and shift differentials. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and prints.
• Ability to perform basic shop math and use measuring devices.
• Ability to operate forklifts, hoists, cranes and hand tools.

Aufgaben

• Operate a press brake to manufacture shafts from sheet metal.
• Perform quality inspections before and during process.
• Load/feed material and verify parts against specs.
• Set up and adjust equipment; assist in changeovers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report issues.
