Job summary

SERVPRO Chesapeake Franchise is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and resource providers to deliver timely outcomes.

You will manage project schedules, permits, budgets, and client communications, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Job Description

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Compensation

: The salary range listed reflects the total target annual compensation for this position, which includes both base salary and commission opportunities. Individual earnings will vary based on performance, commission achievement, and other applicable factors.
