Job summary

AlphaGraphics Twin Falls is seeking a sign installation operator to produce and install signs and banners in the Twin Falls area. You will measure, install, and service signs on site, with opportunities for on-site installations at customer locations.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, computer use, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. Typical hours are 8am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday, onsite in Twin Falls, ID.

Qualifications

• Strongly preferred: sign/graphics installation experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented.
• Highly detailed and organized.
• Ability to follow customer specs and requests.
• Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to determine installation specifications.
• Prepare installation sites with accurate measuring and cleaning surfaces.
• Install and mount signs using drilling, screwing, and gluing techniques.
• Repair and maintain existing signs, replacing parts as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and design to meet customer standards.
• Follow safety procedures for a safe working environment.
• Record installation data and report KPIs to management.
• Drive company vehicles to installation sites.
