Job summary

AlphaGraphics Twin Falls is seeking a dedicated sign installer to produce and install a variety of signs and banners, with on-site work in the Twin Falls area. You will contribute to installations, measurements, and on-site setups, collaborating with design and sales to meet client specifications.

The role emphasizes detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work with computers, tape measures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign and/or graphics installation preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to determine the specifications and requirements for sign installation.
• Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring cleanliness.
• Install and mount signs using drilling, screwing, and gluing techniques.
• Repair and maintain existing signs, replacing damaged parts and ensuring functionality.
• Collaborate with sales and design to meet customer and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Record installation data and report on KPIs to management.
• Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to sites.
• Continuously evaluate and improve installation processes to increase efficiency.
• Participate in training programs to improve skills and safety knowledge.

Job Location: TWIN FALLS, ID 83301

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Our large format area is a critical part of our business because of the types of products and services we can provide a customer. This position is an operator type role in the large format department where you will be producing a number of signs and banners for customers. The role will also be used to help with installations onsite at a customer location in the Twin Falls area.

We are looking for an individual that has an eye for detail, is mechanically inclined, is able to solve complex problems, is comfortable working on computers, is able to use a tape measure accurately, and physically able to be on your feet all day, lift products and work on items over you head. Will install a variety of products, from building signs to vehicle and wall graphics.

• Record installation data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to installation sites.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sign installation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of sign installation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Strongly preferred is previous sign and/or graphics installation experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and be solutions orientedHighly detailed and organized

• Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Lifting, bending, reaching type work on a regular basis

Work Schedules and Arrangements

Onsite position

Hourly wage range $18- $24per hour (based on experience)

Hours

8am-5:30 Monday through Friday
