Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating wide format printers or equivalent
• Experience with large format digital printers, laminators, and related equipment
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Understanding of production-floor workflows and ability to multi-task
• Cooperative interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs safely and work at waist height
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

• Operate sign equipment and related bindery equipment
• Manage digital print production for sign fabrication
• Perform print bindery and finishing tasks
• Handle post-press equipment
• Assist with large format finishing and installations when needed
• Prepare files for cut vinyl, analyze files for signage, and understand substrate differences
• Contribute to high quality customer service and output
