Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Large Format Sales Representative to drive store-level sales at supermarkets and mass merchants. You will build relationships, conduct business reviews, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will rotate and stock products, support displays, learn new technologies, and collaborate with Pepsi partners to meet customer needs while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Background check and driving history may be reviewed as part of employment process.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson to large format accounts like supermarkets and Mass Merchants.
• Generate sales by building and leveraging customer relationships and providing excellent service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, in coolers, and on displays.
• Provide feedback via key performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts.
• Execute displays, builds, and promotions, including lifting 20–45 lbs cases.
• Operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Support Pepsi's safety culture by following all safety standards.
