DCG ONE is seeking a Large Format Prepress Operator to prepare artwork files for large format printers and cutters. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and the Creative Suite is essential to produce print-ready files in a fast-paced production setting.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate file requirements to project managers and sales, while building knowledge of media, equipment, and production techniques on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preparing files for large/wide format printers.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and the Creative Suite.
• Ability to interpret specifications and ensure print-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork files for output on large format printers and finishing equipment.
• Apply knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and print workflows.
• Identify file formats, resolution, color modes, and spot colors.
• Advise project managers and sales with file details and best practices.
• Build knowledge of media, equipment, and production techniques.
• Collaborate with the prepress team and participate in meetings.
