RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a 2nd shift press operator in Wisconsin (Cudahy). The role runs 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday - Friday with OT as required. Pay is $26.00 to $32.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press to tolerances for single-, two-, and multi-color work.
• Read and interpret job specifications to determine press settings and material needs.
• Perform make-ready tasks and minor repairs to ensure production readiness.
• Use precision tools such as a micrometer to mount and align printing plates accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a flexo rotary die cutter for diverse color work.
• Review job specs to determine press setup and imposition requirements.
• Make color corrections and press adjustments prior to production to meet quality specs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press and perform routine preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidance.
