Qualifications

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain the flexo rotary die cutter.
• Perform color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Read job specifications to determine press setup according to the run imposition.
• Read and interpret drawings/plates and alignments using micrometer for plate mounting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexo rotoray die cutter.

• Perform all make-readies and inspect plates/cylinders for accuracy.
• Make necessary color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Maintain press, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
