Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Press Operator 2 for the Monroe, WI location on 2nd shift. The role involves setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining press equipment, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring color accuracy and quality.

Shift is M-F, approx. 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Base pay starts at $25.00 per hour with a potential range up to $28.50 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials and specifications, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and determine press usage, settings and materials.
• Skill to perform routine operational maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Ability to perform precise settings and adjustments on controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment.
• Perform all make-ready tasks for the press operated.
• Make color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; replace worn parts as needed.
• Perform periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
• Other duties as assigned
