Qualifications

• AA degree or advanced technical training in graphics; BA/BS preferred.
• 2+ years of color reprographics experience using graphic applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products.
• Experience with Canon Arizona and Canon Colorado printers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize orders for wide format printers, including color print services.
• Study production schedules and estimate hour requirements for jobs.
• Process PDF and graphics files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Troubleshoot issues during job submission or printing processes.
• Inspect finished work for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Assist other departments, including customer service and packaging for shipment.
