Responsibilities

Large Forklift Operator

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $18.00/hour to start. Full-Time Pay: $19.00/hour after going full-time, with potential for additional increase based on performance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM. Saturday: As needed, typically 6:00 AM-9:00 AM or slightly longer.

Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire. Overtime: Plenty of overtime available.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Large Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move large and heavy materials in an outdoor industrial environment. This position will spend approximately 90% of the workday outdoors and requires someone who is comfortable working in changing weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating large-capacity forklifts, strong safety awareness, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure. This is a day shift position with plenty of overtime available. Employees who transition to full-time will receive a $1.00 per hour pay increase, with potential for additional increases based on skill and performance.
