Job summary

ProRecruiters, part of Array Corporation, is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Tulsa, OK facility. This full-time role offers day or evening shifts, 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm, with overtime and weekend potential.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, handle inventory using AS400, perform GMP-compliant tasks, and report hazards. A high school diploma or GED is required, and steel-toed boots and a temp tolerance for freezer environments are expected.

Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $18.90 to $19.90/hour (Depending on shift)

Experience:

1. Experience with inventory control processes and computer systems used to track inventory, such as AS400.
2. Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklift operation is preferred.

Education: High School diploma or GEDrequired.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Ability to work OT and weekends as needed)

Job Description:

1. Perform safety-sensitive tasks while identifying, correcting, and improving human and food safety risks.
2. Operate multiple types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, rotator, slip-sheeter, grabber) safely and efficiently.
3. Report any safety violations, hazards, or near misses promptly.
4. Complete all required assessments, testing, and comply with company policies and procedures.
5. Work effectively in environments with potential allergen exposure and perform tasks requiring depth perception and color recognition.
6. Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including proper protective equipment and hygiene standards.
7. Use warehouse management systems and tools, including AS400, to manage scheduling and appointments.
8. Generate and analyze reports (Hold, Trash, Pending, Schedule Ship, Shelf Life) to support operations.
9. Manage inventory processes, including FIFO staging, cycle counts, pallet tracking, and resolving missing or misplaced inventory.
10. Understand warehouse operations such as loading patterns, weight distribution, racking systems, transportation security, and safely work on elevated surfaces.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Valid food handler’s card from the Tulsa Health Department (Must have or be willing to obtain).
2. Must wear steel-toed boots.
3. Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-10 Freezer).
4. Understand warehouse guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
6. Must have a proven safety record in past work history.
