Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience on large CNC machines.

• Proficient with CNC controls and able to edit/write programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-axis machining with high precision on large CNC centers.
• Collaborates with programmers to develop and test run programs and reads them for potential issues.
• Positions and secures workpieces and fixtures.
• Verifies tools and matches them to program requirements.
• Assembles tooling as required and maintains tooling design practices.
• Directs crane operator for rigging and moving parts.
• Performs final inspection with probes and precision measuring equipment.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and records production data.
