Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is hiring a Processing Technician – Large Batch Kitchen Operator in Lincoln, NE. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a schedule of Mon–Thu, 6:30 am–5:00 pm.

You will weigh ingredients, assemble batches, and maintain production documentation while coordinating with supervisors and other operators. Responsibilities include reading schedules, handling ingredients, operating pallet jacks, and ensuring safety and sanitation according to GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of formulation processes in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh ingredients into pails (20–100 lb).
• Operate control systems to draw ingredients for weighing.
• Read and interpret production schedules, mixing formulations, product labels, and proportions.
• Follow safety, lifting, and material-handling procedures.
