Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh ingredients into pails (20# -100#) per batch sheet.
• Operate control systems to draw ingredients for weighing.
• Read and follow production schedules, mixing formulations, and labels.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walk‑behind forklift.
• Maintain required production documentation and counts.
• Regular attendance is essential for line operation.
• Follow safety, SQF, and GMP procedures.
