Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Processing Technician – Large Batch Kitchen Operator to accurately weigh ingredients, assemble batches, and maintain production records in our industrial cooking facility.

This role requires reading batch sheets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and upholding safety and GMP standards. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with starting pay at $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read production schedules and ingredient labels.
• Strong attention to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh ingredients into pails (20# -100#) per batch sheet.
• Read and follow batch sheets and production schedules.
• Transfer ingredients and maintain production documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with GMP and SQF.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to meet production schedules.
