Qualifications

• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customers’ complaints to determine details of unit problems.
• Disassembles units to examine parts using hand or power tools and measuring devices.
• Conducts diagnosis of problems according to customers’ complaints.
• Repairs units according to requirements using hand/power tools.
• Reassembles units after repairs or part replacement.
• Analyzes equipment performance and runs basic tests.
• Inspects units for cosmetic defects and reports findings.
• Installs and configures new equipment and software as required.
