Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc is seeking a Computer Assembly/Warehouse Technician to join our growing team. You will assemble, image, and upgrade laptops and tablets, while preparing orders for delivery or pickup and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with bonus points for computer repair experience, Excel skills, and forklift familiarity. A team-first attitude and reliable safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer repair experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Positive, team-first attitude with effective communication.
• Must follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE.
• Must have proven warehouse work experience and be proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, imaging, and upgrade services on laptops and tablets.
• Perform hardware diagnostics.
• Receive and process warehouse stock and parts (pick, unload, label, store).
• Conduct inventory controls and report discrepancies to maintain audits.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, label, ship).
• Load delivery vehicle with parcels and secure loads.
• Deliver/pick up parcels along delivery routes when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
