Welocalize, Inc. seeks an experienced English into Lao Review Lead to act as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a major global technology client.

You will align local expectations with client standards and drive quality governance across UI, marketing, product, and support content. You will own the locale’s review service score, collaborate with the Language Manager, and lead calibration, training, and monthly quality reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles.
• Experience as primary client Language Manager liaison, managing arbitration or escalation processes.

Responsabilités

• Own locale’s review service quality, including RQE audit and alignment performance.
• Coach reviewers with real examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training from alignment data.
• Publish a structured monthly quality digest with performance, improvements, and arbitration outcomes.
• Develop style guide proposals from recurring justification patterns and coordinate with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
