Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking an experienced English into Kyrgyz Review Lead to act as the language quality owner for a major global client.

You will ensure consistency of quality across UI, product, and support content and serve as the main client-facing linguistic expert on calibration and arbitration decisions. You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing style guides, coordinating alignment sessions, and delivering monthly quality digests that reflect cross-team patterns and client

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles.
• Direct experience as the primary contact for client Language Managers and in arbitration/escalation processes.
• Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks (RQE, LQE), error rubrics, and severity mapping.
• Ability to analyze style guide changes and map client expectations by content type (e.g., Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI).
• Hands-on experience with coaching, shadowing sessions, and structured monthly quality reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to track error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores.
• Native-level Kyrgyz and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements: assess affected quality categories and content types; record changes.
• Track corrections and calibration outcomes; ensure alignment with client decisions.
• Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community; publish a monthly quality digest.
• Coach Reviewers one-to-one using concrete examples; conduct shadowing and training sessions.
• Turn recurring justification patterns into style guide proposals; share cross-locale findings with the Quality Manager.
• Maintain alignment with the client's Language Manager; escalate with evidence when needed.
• Ensure arbitration records are valid and well-evidenced for client review.
