Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve output and quality.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Utilize SPC and other analytical tools to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and products.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support to production teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and materials to enhance capabilities.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
