Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM is seeking a LANSCE Front-End Project Leader (LFEPL) to guide the LAMP modernization effort and LAT development. You will coordinate design, procurement, and interfaces to bring proton beam energy to 100 MeV, overseeing multiple subsystem teams and ensuring safe, disciplined operations.

The role requires expert accelerator knowledge, proven leadership of large technical teams, and a strong ability to bridge project and line management.

Responsabilités

• Balance subsystem scope with funding and secure resources with management.
• Direct subsystem leads and manage budget and schedule.
• Develop and present progress reports to the LAMP technical director.
• Oversee facility upgrades to support LAMP operations.
• Ensure adherence to disciplined operations and safety culture.
• Foster collaboration within the LAMP project and with other leaders.
• Support career development, publications, and conference participation.
