Job summary

CACI International Inc in Alaska is seeking a Language Testing Program Coordinator Level 1 to liaise with DoD/IC on language testing issues and ensure proper administration of tests. You will handle test materials, enter data into testing websites and databases, and report test data in accordance with regulations.

You will verify examinee eligibility, schedule tests, and maintain SOPs while supporting quality control and customer service requirements across the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• Associates of Arts Degree from an accredited college or university.
• In lieu of the Associates Degree, an additional two (2) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted.
• Five (5) years’ experience working in a professional or academic environment.
• Five (5) years’ experience working in customer service and data/information management, as part of a team.
• Two (2) years’ experience drafting and following standard operating procedures and checklists, and communicating with colleagues and customers via written correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in validation of language proficiency tests IAW DLI/FLC and DMDC procedures.
• Track material and scores across the testing lifecycle (requirements, test design and development, validation, delivery, ongoing analysis, archive).
• Coordinate with Government SMEs and language analysts on test validation projects.
• Liaise with DoD/IC organizations on language testing issues and ensure proper administration of tests.
• Enter test-related information into testing websites, databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify eligibility of examinees to test by adhering to military service and/or civilian policies.
• Schedule/register testing for qualified examinees in Caliber database.
• Enter test scores into database with 100% accuracy after quality control.
• Assist in development and maintenance of SOPs for job-related functions.
• Provide customer service by responding to testing and delivery queries via email/phone/walk-in.
• Handle and protect all test material per regulations.
• Administer and proctor various language tests.
• Provide process oversight and training to new coordinators.
• Coordinate between Language Testing Center and NCU on software/hardware requirements.
• Review foreign language test material to meet standards.
• Distribute and archive test material per Government guidelines.
