Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Language Testing Program Coordinator Level 1 in Alaska. The role involves liaising with DoD/IC bodies on language testing issues and ensuring proper administration of tests.

Responsibilities include handling test materials per regulations, entering data into testing websites, and collecting/reporting test data. Required TS/SCI with polygraph and an associates degree (or 7 years related experience).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Associates of Arts Degree from any accredited college or university, or 7 years of related, practical work experience in lieu of degree.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a professional or academic environment.
• Five (5) years’ experience in customer service and data/information management, as part of a team.
• Two (2) years’ experience drafting and following SOPs and communicating via written correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in validation of language proficiency tests per DLI/FLC and DMDC procedures.
• Track materials and scores across the testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Government SMEs and language analysts on test validation projects.
• Liaise with DoD/IC organizations on language testing issues and test administration.
• Collect, analyze and report test data at various stages of the testing lifecycle.
• Enter test-related information into testing websites, databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify eligibility of examinees to test following military/civilian policies.
