Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems seeks a skilled Linguist to join the MDLA program or direct-hire analytic roles supporting NSA SIGINT missions. You will analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials, and contribute to assessments used by policymakers and military leadership.

The role requires ILR 2/2 proficiency in reading/listening, and at least one year of relevant experience across language work, analysis, or related fields. Training via LADP may be provided.

Qualifications

• A degree in any field is acceptable.
• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening in the target language.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Offer policymakers and leaders insights by analyzing, transcribing, and translating key information.
• Research cultures and geopolitical contexts to inform analysis.
• Apply new techniques to synthesize large data sets and disparate sources.
