Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems is seeking Linguists serving as Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support NSA SIGINT missions. Roles may be in the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct-hire into analytic offices, with 4–5 tours and training interwoven into the experience.

Proficiency in target languages at ILR 2/2 is required, plus related experience. Eligible candidates will engage across the IC, translating, transcribing, and analyzing foreign language materials.

Qualifications

• ILR 2/2 reading and listening in target language.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant language or related experience.
• Entry/Developmental, Full Performance, and Senior levels with defined experience.
• LADP option or direct hire paths may apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate key foreign language information.
• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the IC.
• Participate in LADP or direct hire for analytic missions.
• Complete on-the-job operational tours with formal training.
