Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems is seeking linguists to support NSA's SIGINT mission by analyzing, translating, and synthesizing foreign language materials across multiple offices.

You will leverage ILR 2/2 reading/listening proficiency, perform translation and transcription tasks, and contribute to analytic reporting within a collaborative environment. LADP options or direct hire paths may apply across several locations.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 reading and listening in the target language is required.
• At least one year of relevant experience in translation, transcription, language instruction, or analysis.
• Entry/Developmental requires HS diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience; Full Performance requires higher qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, translate, and transcribe language materials to support NSA SIGINT missions.
• Research cultures and geopolitical contexts related to target languages.
• Develop analytic insights from large volumes of multilingual data.
